How To Claim Warranty Of The Product?

We have made very easy process to claim warranty for our customer.
For warranty claim please make a video showing problem and send us on WhatsApp - 9809709898. Our technical support person will check your video and identify any problem with your product, we will repair your product or replace it with a new one.
Warranty Term and Conditions:
The warranty period lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase.
· Covers any manufacturing defects in our product.
· Covers any broken components during transportation.
· The company will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty
· The company will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts
· The product will be exchanged with a new product if it is un-repairable
· The price of the product will be refunded, if in case the model is discontinued.
What does this warranty not cover?
· Damage of a product resulting from negligence or using it outside of its limits or environment
· Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
· Damage caused by natural disaster
· Theft or loss of the product
After warranty if any problem occurred, you can call us to our customer support we will make every effort to get it resolved and we may charge you for our expense in this case.
